At hello82, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase; however, due to the limited nature of our products, we only accept returns for damaged or defective items within 14 days of delivery.
Return Process

Ensure your item is in its original, unopened packaging and that you have contacted us within the 14-day return window for damaged goods.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and clear photos or videos documenting the defect or damage to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original shipping box and mail them to the address provided by our support team using a trackable shipping method.
- 4.Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out a replacement if stock is available.
